In July 2021 we will be opening our newly renovated house. The “Villa Flöckner” was built by the famous architect and master builder Jakob Ceconi and the façade has been preserved to this day. The Villa is near the main railway station. When you leave the house, you are right by the bank of the Salzach and can comfortably walk or cycle to the Old Town. Public transport will also bring you quickly to your destination. Modern furnished rooms, a good breakfast and a friendly team who will be happy to help with your concerns. Every guest is part of our family. For a family excursion, a honeymoon, a holiday or a city tour. Whatever the case: here, you stay will be made even better.
All the rooms are completely newly furnished and make an elegant and tasteful impression. Muted colours add little touches, high-quality furniture ensures comfort. All rooms have seating and a small desk. Of course there is a TV and free WiFi in every room. Air conditioning and a mini-fridge round off our wide-ranging offer.
Our stylish double rooms are furnished with high-quality and natural materials. The hotel rooms have comfortable double beds. Wooden floors, muted colours and stylish elements give the rooms a timeless elegance. In the living area, there’s a flat-screen TV with cable connection and free WiFi waiting for you. A mini-fridge and air conditioning are standard in all rooms.
In our Double Superior room, up to three guests have the space to rest and relax. As in all the other categories, you will find as extras in our room a desk, minibar, TV and a bathroom with a spacious shower and WC.

Our Twin rooms offer perfect accommodation if you are travelling alone, with colleagues or good friends. Two separate beds have enough room for an undisturbed night’s rest. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Like all the rooms, the Twin has a desk and TV and free WiFi. Value for money with complete comfort for those who’ve made a quick decision or are staying for work.
Our three-bed room is fitted out with the same charm as our other rooms. We are offering a flexible concept in our hotel while keeping to the same standards. Thanks to our well-planned rooms, you will always find the right accommodation.
This four-bed room is mainly preferred by families or travel groups. It has two large double beds. Privacy, however, is still maintained. Thanks to the additional sleeping options, you will have sufficient space and will be able to stay overnight with your friends and relations.
